					<description>It's quite clear from those posts that Mr. Clenard is not just an unhappy customer. It appears to me that he has some alterior motive, which may more than likely be that he is working for a competitor or is, in fact, one himself.

It's very sad that this type of slander is going on in this business and I really feel for people who do everything they can to satisfy the customer. People like Ankur Jain who really doesn't want to come on here and post this sort of thing but feels compelled to do so to defend his honor and tell his side of the story. To Ankur and anyone else who would deal with such horrible people I applaud you for your work and for taking the high ground.

What Mr. Clenard doesn't realize though is that if someone is already a customer of Mr. Jain then it is too late because they have already seen his heart and his committment to providing the best scripts and support he can offer. I promise you that you will have no success in trying to convince his current customers of anything else.</description>
