Mr. Bob, the friend of Mr. Clenard, whom he consulted and pleaded that I called him a thief said:

My good friend Mike Sigers forwarded this to me today. Truth is always a defense to libel. Now, him calling you a thief is is different and actionable because he is imputing criminal behavior to you. You can call someone a moron but calling someone a thief is a no-no.

Mr. Bob, I truly respect your reply to the person named above and it is totally accurate. But the fact is he did not provide you with full story and let me guess what he wrote to you:

“Mr. Bob, I have a fight with this person, who called me a thief on a popular forum, and then I went on said he was a disgusting person and a moron, can I be sued.”

Now, The fact is, even till today, I have not written anywhere that person named above is a thief. All I said was that the person named above has not purchased our software, so if he is using it, he is using a pirated copy. Now how did I come to this conclusion, here are the points:

1) I have no one in my customer base with the name “Clint Lenard”.

2) He argued on another popular forum that he purchased the competitors product, over mine.

3) On his blog or on his signatures or anywhere he has not mentioned the name of the website using the product.

4) I on the forum this all started, said “Mr. Clenard, I have no intention of fighting with you, if you have in realty purchased the software, please send me your username on our site and your domain, and I will write a public appology for saying that you are using a pirated copy.”

5) Until today almost 55 days have past, not even his partner, nor him has given me the name of the website, or username they purchased the product from.

From the points above it is amply clear that he is not my customer. Even if he is, I have the rights to know under whose name he purchased it, so tomorrow I can deny a sale for another of my softwares to the same person. If saying or asking if you are using a pirated script means that I called him a thief then what exactly does this statement made by the person above mean “You think I didn’t purchase your script? That’s fine - I’m surely not going to give you the information it was purchased with because the way you act - I wouldn’t trust you to do something to make info disappear.” In this post of his, then, Mr. Bob he is calling me a thief, that I will steal his money and cancel his so called license.  And what does “Right now you’re coming off as some kind of net thug trying to push around your Clients and calling them liars in public, threatening to post Private Emails on open forums, etc. Is this what Vastal does to all of their clients?”, this post mean? Net Thug? What is Thug? It is a word equivalent to theif. Thanks Clenard for asking Mr. Bob something, you instead made my case more strong, because I did not at ay stage say you are a theif, but in fact you did, lol, what a turn of events.

So Mr. Bob, I will ask you to go through all the stuff he has posted and all the stuff I posted and then make a judgement and tell him what to do, because the truth is my lawyer has read all that I posted and all that he posted. Under Indian I.T. Act He is entitled to a term of 5 years and a fine of USD $5000 just for saying my software sucked and had no comparison with the competiton. Under Defamation case, which I have full rights to file, i might even be awarded USD $200,000 which if he does not have, his property will be seized and paid to me. I will ask him to give Mr. Bob full description of the events and send Mr. Bob full conversations on what happened and who wrote what?

So Mr. Funny Man, go ahead sue me, I am waiting. My process has started, so I guess we will meet soon.

Well at last we saw a clean post from “Clenard” about buddy zone. No ass, disgusting or moron crap from him. He is learning and learning fast the power of internet.

So some of might have seen the blog reply he posted on his freaking site. Please man remove that stupid little image of yours from there so atleast we can read what you posted. That image makes me remember of “dracula” lol.

Now, what he writes let me explain:

Here in the United States of America we have something called “Freedom of Speech”. It gives each of it’s Citizens the right to speak their mind, unlike many other Countries.

Well dude, it is not only the rights of USA citizens but are rights of Indian Citizens as well. Freedom of Speech means you have the right to say anything as long as it does not offend others. Dude read what the law states, if you have freedom of speech I also have freedom of speech. If we both stand in a public place and start using our freedom of speech then Police will arrest you at the first glance. Democracy and freedom of speech does not mean you can go ahead and call anyone disgusting and call them moron and no one will do anything, simply because you have freedom of speech. I wished you had completed high school.

Unfortunately, when you’re online - you have people that believe they can ’sue’ anytime they desire…or atleast they believe they can threaten you with Lawsuits. Luckily, I know that I can use my blog in any way I desire… even if it’s speaking the truth about certain people in other countries, right?

Dude I have full rights to sue you, even under US Laws, for personal damages for you calling me disgusting and a moron on a public forum. I guess you are just not educated enough. I will suggest you consult an attorney on this matter.

Well, I use a product from one Company whose competitor has a far, less effective, product that I had stopped using just recently. But before I stopped using it- I got into a little argument on the Digital Point Forums with the Owner of that product that I stopped using and he tried bashing his own customers as well as using Alias (yes, we’ve got proof now) to make his company look better than it was. It basically turned into a Flame war on his part, even well after I had stopped arguing. He called me and his other customer liars, thieves and many other names as well.

Dude come on, how many times do I have to write, “You are not the customer of Vastal I-Tech and Buddy Zone” and niether that CodeMonster guy is. Come on. “Yes you do have proof of me making an alias. What proof come on. I requested a few clients and customers of mine to help me there because all were not helping. So I made up aliases, come on dude, when you saw people coming in and posting good things about us you felt the need to leave the fight. So if anyone posts anything wrong about us it is absolute truth and if someone we requested to post their feelings with the software and with us, then we are making an alias. No wonder you have an IQ of 10. Even on Digital Point Forum no one said once that you are the customer of Buddy Zone. Come on dude, there were even people saying that even if he has a pirated copy he can make comments. No one beleived you on there.

But I left it alone and I blogged about it…it’s my Constitutional right. Right?

Your constitutional right, is not to call me a moron. Your constitutional right is to write something which is true.

But according to this guy - I have no right to mention his name in any negative manner…yet HE feels HE does? That’s fair, right? Wrong.

According to me you do not have the rights to call me a moron, ass, disgusting on a public forum. I think that is fair to ask. No.

Now I’m getting “legal threats” from this guy on HIS BLOG and I’ve had many odd, sudden, spam comments as well as many referrals from India. Very odd!

Yes i did threat him, because my lawyer said we have a solid case, and he is waiting for me to say yes. So i feel I should say yes, I will call him in the morning and post the proceedings of this case, and let everyone know what happens to someone who calls other person a moron and a disgusting person on a public forum.

But my point is…I find it funny how people truly believe they can lie about what they have or have not done and then Blog about it …yet they think if they Blog about someone that THAT person is NOT allowed to Blog back? Well, I’ll keep their name out of my Blog from now on because I’ve obviously given them more traffic than they deserve.

In this he writes he finds it funny, I do not, I am all prepared for any kind of battle that may come in. I will show this person what his consititional rights are and what freedom of speech means. Given me enough traffic, grow up, I do not need your traffic. I got mine, the simple thing that I posted the blog about what the truth was and about you and you reacted in 3 days shows what kind of traffic i get.

In the end, I still requst all my readers and visitors to send this person a small email “Please stop harassing Buddy Zone and Vastal I-Tech People” Thanks to all those people who have sent him an email, we really appreciate it.
